At Twisted Beast Poppers, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your product is in its original, unopened packaging with the shrink-wrap seal completely intact to meet our health and safety return standards.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items securely in a shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
